Terms Content~CHARGES:
  • As policy we will never debit your credit card before an item is dispatched to you. Your card will be authorized to check the status of the card and to confirm that there are available funds for your order to be processed. Do not be alarmed if you are billed in advance of an item being dispatched - we only authorize the funds in a holding state and the funds will never leave your account until the product is marked as dispatched.

DELIVERY & AVAILABILITY:
  • We try our utmost to make sure that customers can only order items that we have in stock from the website. However if on any occasion, the item that has been ordered is out of stock in our warehouse, we will notify the customer either by email or by telephone and endeavour to rectify the matter with them.

    Where possible we process, pick and ship orders on the day they are received, so that the customer will receive the item as quickly as possible – again if there will be any kind of delay with shipping then we will immediately notify the customer by email or by telephone.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:
  • We are happy to offer a refund or returns if you are unsatisfied with the products ordered. If you contact info@mamstore.co.uk within 14 days of an item being dispatched we can arrange for the item to be exchanged for an item of equal value, offered a full refund or refund the difference if you specify you want a replacement product valued at less than the original amount. Additionally, if you would like an item valued at higher than the original amount we can provide this but will take a further payment from your credit card.

    Please note that we will not be able to offer a refund unless the original product is returned to us at the below address. Please provide your name, email address and order number if you have one.

    If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please email info@mamstore.co.uk quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

PERSONAL INFORMATION:
  • Your personal information will only be used for billing and shipping reasons. If you have selected to receive marketing and offers then you will receive an e-mail newsletter informing you of new products and artists. We don't store credit card details on our server. All this information is passed to our merchant payment provider.
